Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

Overview

ClearNord AS is committed to protecting personal data and complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as implemented in Norway through the EEA Agreement.

This page provides information about ClearNord's approach to Data Processing Agreements and how such agreements will be made available once operational services are launched.

Current Status

At launch, ClearNord's website functions as an informational landing page only.

At this stage:

Future Data Processing Agreements

When ClearNord begins providing operational translation or language-technology services, a Data Processing Agreement will be made available to customers prior to any processing of personal data.
